All applications must be received by March 27, 2026 and include a non-refundable, non0transferable $500 deposit per child. If you register and pay in full by January 30, 2026, you will receive a $200 early bird discount.

Cancellations and Refunds

Registration deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Requests Before March 16: If you request a refund before March 15, you are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the total price paid.

Requests Before April 15: If you request a refund between March 16 and April 15, you are eligible to receive a 25% refund of the total price paid.

Requests After April 15: No refunds will be issued for requests made on or after April 15.
